Severe pain in the prostate and urethra.
I am a 28-year-old man this year.
Around the third year of middle school, first experiencing scrotal pain and inguinal discomfort behind the testicles
I experienced a burning sensation while urinating, with a slight drip of urine. Since then, this symptom has appeared only rarely, maybe once a year, but it would usually go away after a day or two, so I just ignored it. I lived like that for several years, but starting last year, the symptom appeared about once every couple of months, and this year, it has occurred at least twice a month. Initially, the pain was so severe that I searched online and found that it resembled symptoms of prostatitis, cystitis, or urethritis. However, I have never experienced lower back pain, and besides urination, nothing else seems to come out. In an emergency, I went to a pharmacy at dawn and asked for medication for cystitis, and they gave me a pill called Yobishin. After taking it, the urine that was dripping out suddenly flowed out smoothly, as if it was unblocked. So, whenever the symptoms flared up a bit, I bought the medication again, but now I think Iโve developed a tolerance, and the effectiveness has diminished, with the pain continuing. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would appreciate your advice, so Iโm writing this. ใ ใ
