저도 넘 피곤하거나 그러면 방광염이 재발되긴하더라구요
My relentless effort to treat my bladder infection...
Most of the people working in the office are like that...
Receiving dozens of calls a day and handling various demands, I sometimes had to endure verbal abuse and spend long hours on the phone to resolve complex issues. However, the hardest part of this job was none other than 'going to the bathroom.'
Since I am the youngest on the team and due to the nature of the work, it was not easy to be away from my position.
During the call, I couldn't suddenly say, "Sorry, I need to go to the bathroom." So I didn't drink much water to avoid going to the bathroom often, and even when I felt like I needed to go, I held it in. But I think this became the problem...ㅠㅠㅠ
At first, it was okay. I thought, "This is nothing," and ignored it. But as time went on, problems started to arise. I frequently felt the urge to urinate, and even when I went to the bathroom, it didn't come out smoothly. Then one day, I suddenly felt pain in my lower abdomen and experienced a burning sensation when urinating.
At first, I didn't think much of it, but as the symptoms worsened gradually, I eventually went to the hospital.
The doctor's diagnosis was 'cystitis.' The doctor explained that habitually holding in urine can be a major cause of cystitis.
Even while taking antibiotics, I was wondering what this was... haha..
I think this won't do.
I started drinking a lot of water first.
And I set the smart watch to alarm every two hours to develop the habit of going to the bathroom.
I've reduced alcohol, but I'm still gradually cutting down on caffeine... haha
