우리 몸이 잠들면 장기도 같이 잠드는 거라고 들었던것같아요. 얕은 잠을 자기 때문에 장기가 깨어있어 신호를 보내는 거죠. 잠들기전 1~2시간 전부터 되도록 물은 드시지 마시고 저녁 운동이나 스트레칭 병행 해보시면 어떨까요? 저도 새벽에 종종 화장실 가는 편인데 운동하고 난 저녁은 푹 잠들어 아침까지 안깨더라구요~ 도움되셨으면 좋겠네요~
(Worry) I am concerned because I urinate too often.
It's been about two years, and I'm worried because I urinate more frequently. Even if I go to the bathroom before sleeping, I still have to get up at least once during the night. Maybe because of this, my sleep quality is poor, and I wonder if there's something wrong with my uterus... or if there's an issue with my bladder or kidneys, so I also visited the hospital for a check-up.
I had a urinalysis and the necessary ultrasound tests, but there were no significant findings. I have some insomnia, and the doctor mentioned that insomnia could cause me to go to the bathroom more frequently.
I'm not taking medicine because I don't want to, but if anyone knows good symptomatic treatments, please share.
