저도 면역력 떨어질 때 한번 씩 오더라구요. 증상이 나타날때 소변 참지 말고 물 많이 마시고 비데사용 금하라고 하시더군요.
I never thought I would get cystitis, and I never even dreamed it would turn into a big problem.
I experienced menopause a bit earlier than usual. My body, which I used to be confident in regarding my health, started to send out faint screams here and there, making me visit the hospital more often. My joints began to develop degenerative conditions, I started suffering from insomnia, and my depression worsened... Among these, the most difficult is chronic cystitis. When I first got cystitis, I didn't even realize it was cystitis and didn't know which department to go to... I just thought it would get better on its own, so I endured a little. Since I had experienced similar symptoms a few times when I was young and they went away on their own, I didn't think it was a serious illness... But it became so painful that walking became difficult, so I went to a nearby obstetrics and gynecology clinic for tests and received medication... After taking the medicine for about a day, I felt much better. The first severe cystitis episode was followed by about a week of medication, and now it recurs almost every six months, so I get prescriptions from the hospital and take the medication. It seems to be becoming chronic. Now, because of antibiotics, I also suffer from diarrhea, and it's very tough while taking the medication. They say that chronic cystitis is hard to cure completely. I try to improve my diet, increase my exercise, and make efforts, but it keeps recurring. Is there any way? I'm really worried.
