It seems like I always wake up once during sleep to go to the bathroom, even though I don't drink water before bed.
I can sleep again after returning, but if I wake up like that, it's hard to fall back asleep, which also disrupts my sleep.
And before watching a three-hour movie, I make sure to go to the bathroom, and I also want to go again in the middle, so I really watch out for cola and drinks.
I think I urinate more frequently than usual, and I'm not sure if it's okay.
