Is this a symptom of urinary incontinence??

Hello, in this event, what I am curious about is that for the past few years, I have been feeling the need to urinate frequently. I don't think I drink a lot of water, but I keep wanting to go to the bathroom at any time. I always try to find the bathroom location in advance wherever I go. Could this be a symptom of urinary incontinence? I'm worried and curious whether these symptoms can occur even if I am not old. I'm also wondering if I should see a doctor for a check-up.
