Circumcision timing

My child has frequently suffered from balanitis since he was young.

At first, I thought it would be enough just to clean it well, so when I was young, I cleaned it properly.

Then, when they grew older, I made them clean themselves.

According to the doctor earlier, boys tend to get foreign objects stuck easily, so it's normal until circumcision.

Does circumcision definitely prevent foreign substances from getting stuck?
