Sometimes I feel a pulling pain in the testicle area, but it gets better when I stretch.

It's been a while, but suddenly I feel a pulling pain in the testicle area.

The more time passes, the more it hurts, but eventually, when I do stretching, the pain gradually disappears.

And then it seems like nothing happened and I get better.

This has been over ten years already.

Other than that, there are no issues, but what kind of symptom could this be?
