Which should I manage more, post-meal blood sugar or fasting blood sugar?

    혈당 관리에 제일 중요하다고 생각하는것은 매 식후에 가볍게라도 걷기 운동해서 혈당을 낮춰주는게 좋아요. 식후 10~15분 이후 가벼운 걷기 꾸준히 해보세요. 전 매일 루틴으로 하고 있습니다.
