[Question] Should I go to a dermatologist or a urologist?

At first, I felt a little itchy in my testicles.

I thought it was because I was sweating, so I washed it often, dried it well, and it got a lot better.

I saw yesterday that the glans area looked a little different.

There is no particular wound, and it does not itch or hurt.

It's just a little red and doesn't look swollen, but I can see red lines like veins in the flesh.

I'm not sure how to express it.

Anyway, I don't have any specific symptoms, but I'm seeing things that weren't there before, so I'm wondering if there might be a problem.

However, this seems to be a skin problem, so I'm going to go to a dermatologist, but I'm confused as to whether a urologist would be appropriate since it's a genital problem.

Does anyone know of any symptoms like this?
