For health reasons, it's best to avoid drinking alcohol whenever possible, but in social life, it's a reality that avoiding drinking gatherings is not easy.

If you find yourself in a situation where you have to drink alcohol, such as a company dinner, it is good to drink plenty of water during drinking to prevent dehydration and delay the absorption of alcohol into the body.

It is also better not to drink alcohol on an empty stomach, and to consume fish, seafood, and seaweed, which are beneficial for regenerating damaged liver cells and brain nerve cells, as snacks.

In my case, instead of quitting all at once, I am gradually changing my daily routine slowly while abstaining from alcohol.

This way, my attitude towards drinking remains steady.

People around me also help a lot.

1) Non-alcoholic beer contains 0% alcohol content.

2) Non-alcoholic beer is classified as a product with an alcohol content of less than 1%.

If you want to know whether this product contains no alcohol at all, you can consider it truly non-alcoholic beer if it says 0.00%.
