Is laser treatment effective for stretch marks?

I can't enjoy shorts in the summer because of the stretch marks on my calves.

I've been gaining and losing weight repeatedly, so recently it seems like it's also becoming visible a bit below my hipsㅠㅠ

I'm a bit nervous about the procedure, but are there any side effects?

I'm worried that the results might not be satisfactory.

There aren't many people around who do stretch mark laser treatments, but if anyone has experience, I would appreciate some advice!
