[Question] A mole on the face and a large spot on the shoulder

There is a mole on my daughter's cheek (below the cheekbone near the ear), and it's larger than I thought. Also, there is a large mole on her shoulder (the rounded part), about 0.3mm in size. Family members, including her younger sister, say it's a charming mole and find it pretty, but she doesn't seem to think so. Now that she has just become an adult, she seems to be more concerned about it.

Question. Should I go to dermatology? Or should I go to plastic surgery?
