What is the best pigmentation laser?!

I am looking into lasers for pigmentation.

 

My mom said she wanted to get rid of the pigmentation because it kept bothering her.

 

So, now that my savings account has matured, I’m planning to give it to you as a gift.

 

Which laser is the best for pigmentation?

 

I looked it up on the internet and found things like Pico Toning and Excel V.

 

After searching here and there, I found out about Areumdaun Clinic on Cashdoc.
