[Concern] I have both acrochordons and milia. Do I really need to have them removed with laser?

One day, I noticed something like this on my neck.

I saw my dad when I was young.

I wondered what this was, but...

Sometimes in mom cafes, people mention wart removal ointments.

They also upload the photos they use.

After seeing that, I also learned that this is a skin tag.

Wow~ What's with the name, warts!

It sounds like a really disgusting name, haha.

 

But I heard that if you leave skin tags alone, they can spread?

They say it can come back even after removal..

Is it bad for your body if you leave a skin tag alone?

Should I remove it because it causes health issues, rather than just because I don't want to see it?

And does the method have to be done with a laser?

Is it okay not to use ointment?

Is that a milia?

I understand that milia mainly occurs around the eyes.

Actually, I developed milia around my eyes, so I removed it.

They removed it so easily.

I asked, "Should I try one first?"

Using that pointed part to thinly peel the skin

After tearing it open to create a hole through which I can come out

I pressed firmly on the extrusion part.

White grains gently falling~~~~

Wow~ I get a thrill from things like this, haha.

It was so much fun.

So now everything on my face has disappeared.

Today, while taking a picture of the skin tag, I noticed...

There is also something like that on the neck.

It seems like a milia..

 

But I don't know if it's okay to remove it myself like this.

It looks like it has been completely cleared now.

Even when I try to find a place to take a picture

It was completely removed to the point that I couldn't take a picture.

I'm not sure if laser removal is necessary.

Removing this won't cause issues elsewhere either.

I think it might be burdensome to have it removed with laser each time.
