Skin laser concerns: acne pigmentation spots

During my school days, I developed a habit of squeezing pimples and acne whenever I had a lot of acne or pimples.

There are quite a few wounds and scars on my skin right now.

There is also pigmentation besides the open wound, and it has almost turned into a dot. It looks very similar to a real mole.

I heard that it disappears when treated with laser like a dot, so I regret not trying it earlier, but I'm going to give it a try nowㅠㅠ

I'm worried about whether it will hurt, and I'm also curious about how much improvement there will be after the laser.

I'm also curious about the cost! I plan to have the fat removed as well; is it a different procedure?

I have also heard that complete recovery is difficult, so I wonder if it varies from person to person or which procedure is the most effective.
