(Concern) Is it possible to treat milia with skin laser?

Small bumps appeared under my eyes, and a few also appeared on my temples, forehead, and cheeks. I had a consultation at a dermatology clinic while receiving Botox, and I was told that milia have a core that needs to be squeezed out for treatment, which is a complicated process. It's been seven years since I had that consultation, so I'm very curious whether laser treatment is now possible and how effective it might be. It seems to be gradually spreading, so even if not all, I wonder if it could be on my cheeks or around my eyes.

I want to get rid of it, even just a little.
