쥐젖은 계속 옆으로 번지는 경향이 있어 제거를 깨끗하게 해야되고 또나면 또 제거하고 나이가들면 더심해집니다.

Is it better to remove small things along with the main one when removing it?
Or is it better to just remove only the larger ones since the smaller ones are hard to see?
