Mysterious red dotㅜㅜ

Red spots that didn't exist before are suddenly appearing on my body ㅠㅠ

I found out while talking with my friend that these days, red spots also appear, and when I looked, I really have them too.

It's a tiny red dot that you can only see if you look closely.

My friend has a large red spot that looks like a stab wound from a Sharp.

Is there really such a thing as a red dot???
