I looked it up on the internet and was told to take good care of my keratin. So, I went to the bathhouse every week to scrub my skin. I also used various scrub products to take care of it every time I showered. However, there hasn't been any dramatic changeㅠㅠ
I also hear advice to keep the skin moisturized, so I regularly apply body lotion after showering, and my skin has become smooth to the touch, but the rough, chicken-skin texture remains the same.
Are there any others like me who had goosebumps caused by stress and have overcome it? Would it be good to go to a dermatologist? Sorry for asking what kind of treatment is done at the dermatologist. I just want to feel comfortable and try wearing sleeveless clothes.
