Gently bend the back of the hand, then use the thumb and index finger to pull the skin on the back of the hand for 5 seconds, and then measure the time it takes to return to its original state. The longer the recovery time, the lower the skin elasticity. If the recovery time is 1 to 2 seconds, it indicates skin age in the 20s to 30s; 2 to 5 seconds corresponds to the 40s to 50s; and over 10 seconds suggests a skin age in the 60s.

▷Maintaining a consistent bedtime = To achieve youthful skin, you should sleep between 10 PM and 2 AM. This is because this period is when skin regeneration is most active. If you stay awake during this time or do not get deep sleep, skin regeneration may not proceed smoothly, making it easier for symptoms like wrinkles or sagging skin to develop.
▷Preventing moisture loss = During cold and dry weather like now, it is important to carefully apply basic skincare products. This is because cold and dry conditions can easily reduce skin elasticity. However, it is best to apply them before the face is completely dry after washing.
