To make aged skin look younger, follow these rules:
▷Avoid salty and sweet foods= A habit of eating salty and sweet foods accelerates skin aging. Salt strips the collagen in the skin of moisture, drying it out. Dry skin loses elasticity and is prone to fine wrinkles. Frequent consumption of sweets is also detrimental to the skin. When sugar intake raises blood sugar levels, reactive oxygen species and advanced glycation end-products accumulate in the body, accelerating skin aging.
▷Apply sunscreen= For healthy skin, sunscreen should be applied daily, regardless of the season. Exposure to UV rays causes skin to thicken and dry in defense.
