UVA rays penetrate deep into the skin and destroy collagen and elastin, which provide elasticity. This causes skin to lose elasticity and wrinkles, which deepen over time.

 

▷​​Consistent exercise= Exercise helps eliminate free radicals. These free radicals attack cells, altering genes and inducing cellular aging. They also destroy fat and protein, nutrients essential for metabolism. However, excessive exercise that increases muscle fatigue can actually increase free radicals, so it's best to exercise at a moderate intensity that only produces a slight sweat. Exercise also has skin health benefits. When you exercise, your muscles release anti-inflammatory substances called myokines, which also affect your skin. Myokines suppress inflammation and increase cell activity. Exercise also stimulates blood circulation, delivering fresh oxygen to skin cells. Furthermore, metabolic waste products are quickly removed, resulting in healthier skin.

This can cause the muscles around the eyes to sag, and the lower lip, which opens to breathe, can become thicker than the upper lip, causing the corners of the lips to droop. If this condition persists, the cheeks and chin can sag, resulting in a "crying" appearance even when at rest.

 

▷​Frequent late-night snacks= Frequent late-night snacking leads to obesity. Obesity accelerates the aging of visceral fat cells, leading to metabolic diseases such as adipose tissue inflammation and insulin resistance. Chronic diseases naturally lead to a decline in bodily functions.

 

▷​​Sleeping on your side= Sleeping on your side puts pressure on your cheeks. This irritates the wrinkled area, which can lead to nasolabial folds. Sleeping on your side means pressing down on one side of your face for about seven to eight hours a day. Once wrinkles form, they don't easily disappear. Furthermore, the weakening of the skin barrier can lead to more wrinkles and a rapid loss of elasticity.
