"Don't cut your nails too short"… Seasonal health tips

To maintain immunity, it's important to avoid sudden changes in body temperature. Always wear a light outerwear and drink warm food or tea to raise your body temperature. Ginger, in particular, helps keep the body warm.

Getting enough sleep is also important for your immune system. It's recommended to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep.

Autumn is the season for loach, when the flesh is plump and delicious.

Loach is rich in protein, making it perfect for replenishing energy after a day spent exhausted by the midsummer heat. Unlike other animal-based foods, it also contains a high amount of vitamin A.

 

Vitamin A protects the skin, boosts bacterial resistance, and helps prevent night blindness. It's also good for bone health.

The mucin contained in loach is also a component that protects the gastrointestinal tract and aids digestion.

Squid, rich in taurine, is great for when you're feeling tired. While the taurine found in most nutritional supplements is synthetic, the taurine found in squid is naturally occurring.

 

Tomatoes are rich in vitamin C and lycopene, making them a great food to eat when you're feeling down in the fall.

Berries like black raspberries, blackberries, blueberries, and chokeberries are also healthy foods. Blueberries are effective for muscle pain, black raspberries for menopause, blackberries for hair loss, and chokeberries for anti-aging and eye fatigue.
