Retinol also increases skin cell turnover, resulting in brighter skin. It is recommended to apply serums or creams containing retinol. However, retinol is sensitive to sunlight, so it is best to apply it before bed after washing your face.

 

Turn on the humidifier and apply enough moisturizer.

 

When the air is dry, the skin barrier breaks down and skin aging accelerates. It is important to strengthen the skin barrier with adequate moisturizing. Use a humidifier to control indoor humidity and maintain skin moisture through consistent and sufficient water intake. If dryness is felt, apply moisturizer frequently to keep the skin hydrated and moist.

If lymphatic fluid circulation in the face is not smooth, waste products accumulate and aging accelerates. After skincare, performing exercises that stimulate the lymph nodes can improve skin tone through blood circulation. It is good to gently tap and massage the face with your hand, starting from above the cheekbones, moving to the temples, in front of the ears, and below the ears.

Receiving laser treatments that are effective for skin regeneration is also an option. One of them is Ultherapy. Ultherapy is a procedure that delivers ultrasound energy to the SMAS layer, a fascia layer located beneath the skin, to promote collagen production. It improves overall facial elasticity or tightens sagging lines around the cheeks and jawline. The procedure can be performed without damaging the skin surface. Additionally, because it allows real-time visualization of the tissue layers beneath the skin, it can be customized according to the individual's skin condition by adjusting the depth to 1.5mm, 3mm, or 4.5mm.
