Turn on a humidifier and apply plenty of moisturizer.

 

Dry air weakens the skin barrier and accelerates skin aging. It is important to strengthen the skin barrier through sufficient hydration. You should regulate indoor humidity using a humidifier and maintain skin moisture through consistent and sufficient water intake. If you feel dryness, apply a moisturizing cream frequently to replenish moisture.

 

▷ Light facial massage

 

If lymphatic circulation in the face is not smooth, waste products accumulate, accelerating the aging process. Performing exercises that stimulate the lymph nodes after your skincare routine can improve skin tone by promoting blood circulation. It is recommended to massage your face by gently tapping with your hands, moving from above the cheekbones to the temples, in front of the ears, and below the ears.

Undergoing laser treatments effective for skin regeneration is another option. One such method is Ulthera.
