I want to get laser toning, but I'm worried because of my dry skin.

It would be nice if a cool autumn breeze blew in September, but it's still quite hot during the day.
It seems that the blemishes on my skin have become darker and more numerous, possibly due to increased stimulation during the summer.

I'm worried because I want to try laser toning since I have more blemishes on my face.
Laser toning needs to be done multiple times.
It seems that about ten times are needed to see an effect.
But I wonder if such procedures might irritate the skin.
My skin is very dry and sensitive, so when it gets irritated, I tend to develop breakouts easily.
I have severe skin dryness; will laser treatment make my skin even drier?
Should we consider laser toning after first addressing the skin dryness?
