This is the beauty routine I achieved today!
Drink a glass of water immediately after waking up in the morning
Apply skin toner, lotion, moisturizer, and sunscreen after morning cleansing.
Drink 2 liters of water.
Taking vitamins and probiotics
Carry and apply lip balm & hand cream
Reapplying sunscreen~
Walking 10,000 steps to detoxify the body
Wash your face before sleeping, then apply skin toner, lotion, and moisturizing cream.
Doing things I do every day, I end up doing them unconsciously~ㅎㅎ
Water should naturally be where you reach out your hand~ haha
Lip balm also applies continuously and properly~ㅎㅎ
For now, things I need to be conscious of are hand cream, vitamins, and reapplying sunscreen!
I hope these things become a bit more familiar this year~ haha
