This is the beauty routine I achieved today!
Drink a glass of water immediately after waking up in the morning
Apply skin toner, lotion, moisturizer, and sunscreen after morning cleansing.
Drink 2 liters of water.
Taking vitamins and probiotics
Carry and apply lip balm & hand cream
Walking 10,000 steps to detoxify the body
Wash your face before sleeping, then apply skin toner, lotion, and moisturizing cream.
Today, I successfully followed my usual routines again~ㅎㅎ
It was difficult to walk 10,000 steps because of the rain, but I still tried to reach 10,000 steps indoors by briskly walking around inside the office~ haha
Thanks to you, I was able to feel full even with just a little walk at night~ haha
I'll try to maintain a consistent routine! Haha
