This is the beauty routine I achieved today!
Drink a glass of water immediately after waking up in the morning
Apply skin toner, lotion, moisturizer, and sunscreen after morning face washing.
Drinking water while commuting to work
Drink 2 liters of water.
Applying lip balm regularly
Walking 10,000 steps to detoxify the body
After work, wash your face and apply skin toner, lotion, and moisturizer.
I couldn't eat salad today because I had plans for dinner~ㅠ
Still, after finishing the appointment, I managed to walk at least ten thousand steps, even if just a little, to help digest what I ate and to rid my body of toxins and calories.
Tomorrow, I'll also make sure to bring a salad, so I'll take care of inner beauty too!ㅎ
