Seborrheic dermatitis

I suffered from seborrheic dermatitis for a really long time. Whenever I scratched the area, huge flakes of dandruff would fall off and get all over my clothes. But if I didn't scratch, it was so itchy...

I tried changing shampoos and even medicated shampoos like Nizoral, but the steroids prescribed by a dermatologist worked right away for me.

I apply it 2-3 times a day and it goes away within a week. However, since it contains steroids, I can't keep applying it. I use it for about a week, and when it subsides, I stop, and when it comes back up, I repeat.

At first, if I didn't use it, it would relapse quickly, but these days, I don't dye my hair and I take care of my scalp, so I use it for a week and then rest for three weeks.

I don't know if this will work for everyone, but it worked best for me, so I thought I'd share it!
