You need to apply sunscreen every day, 365 days a year, when you go outside. So I buy sunscreen and apply it daily, but I heard that applying too little is useless. When I see information on broadcasts or the internet, I often see dermatologists say that you should apply about the size of a coin of sunscreen. But... if I apply that much every time, won't my skin not absorb it and end up looking white and cakey? Do they mean to apply that amount to the face, neck, arms, hands, and legs? I don't understand why applying a small amount each time makes sunscreen ineffective. How much do you usually apply when you put on sunscreen?
