After exercising, when taking a shower, I apply a homemade grain pack to my face and body, then gently massage to remove dead skin and moisturize. The grains are made by grinding black beans, Job's tears, oats, mung beans, and rice in a grinder, then mixing with milk and honey.
I find it inconvenient to use the grinder every time, so I grind it all at once and store it in the refrigerator for use.
