White spot on the lips?

When I was at work or going outside, I usually wore lipstick, so I rarely had the chance to look closely at my lips.

One day, when I looked closely at my lips, I noticed several white spots or something similar had appeared on my lips.

I also saw the groom's lips, so I think he's there too.
