Cream for treating skin tags and its effectiveness

In the past, skin tags would appear small on the neck and larger (about the size of a pinky finger) under the armpits, and I could feel them.

Since I was waxing my armpits at the time, using the laser didn't hurt at all, and the hair was removed quickly and healed well.

But is it now due to hormonal changes?

Maybe because I've gained weight, several small bumps have appeared around my neck. I'm thinking of buying some cream to apply.

Has anyone experienced any effects?
