How can I get rid of acne scars?

 

 

 

 

 

I've always been concerned about the acne scars on my face.
My skin was prone to breakouts when I was a teenager, but it got better as I became an adult, but now I have sunken marks along with red marks.
I didn't originally have a lot of adult acne, but I had a few severe inflammatory acne outbreaks due to seasonal changes and stress.

At the time, I was too hasty and squeezed them out by hand (I regret it so much now that I think about it), and some of the larger pustules left a scar as the skin surface sank.

If you look at it now, it's small in size, but it has depth, so you can clearly see it when you get close to your face...

The front view is the most severe, and when viewed from the side, the side of the temple is also sunken.

So far, most of what I've done has been things I can do at home.

I just washed my face with mild soap, moisturized my face, used UV protection consistently, and did light exfoliation. I tried to cover it up with cosmetics like foundation and concealer, but if I put on too much makeup, it makes me look even more irritated, and as time goes by, the dark circles stand out more.

Are there any realistic recommendations for covering it up with makeup?

And I haven't had a formal consultation with a dermatologist yet...

I've never had a laser treatment before, so I'm worried about the cost, effectiveness, and recovery period, so I'm hesitant and feel lost.

Are there any people who have had the procedure done because of the wrinkles?

How was the satisfaction compared to the cost? Is there a real effect?

Besides the procedure, I also want to know about ointments or other methods that are effective on scars.
