Are skin care devices effective?

I saw a product called Dual So# on Naver Live, and honestly, I don't usually spend money on dermatology, so I didn't know what a shot was. But it seems that getting a shot stimulates collagen production and improves the skin.

I was really impressed by the demonstration; my desire to purchase skyrocketed.

The price is really 🤦 almost 200...

Will I really be able to use this well?
