They say that eating foods rich in vitamin B improves skin health.

I do take multivitamins and supplements.
My skin is very rough.
The sebaceous glands also secrete well, producing sebum.
Since it's dry, the balance has been disrupted.
Maybe it's because I haven't been able to get enough sleep.
