그 주사 진짜 아프죠 ㅠ 맞을때뿐이고 또 올라오규요 ㅠ 저도 넘 궁금해요 푹 자고 건강하게 먹고 그래야하는데 엉망으로 지내니 ㅠ

They said it's okay to do things like hot steam too, and they do it at the massage shop, but I suffer from the same trouble every month.
