I really track my ovulation and period dates precisely every month.
I always get pimples on my chin.
Is there a way to prevent this from happening in advance..? ㅠㅠ

저도 호르몬 변화 생기면 트러블 바로 나요.. 미리 관리하는 방법은없는거 같더라구요ㅜㅜ 그냥 생기면 진정하면서 관리하는방법 밖엔요 ㅜㅜ
