What should a 6th-grade elementary school boy do during summer?

I am now in the 6th grade of elementary school.

First, I have oily skin, so my face is very greasy, and I have severe acne. On top of that, I also have blackheads.

I don't know what to do about this facial condition.

Visiting the dermatologist is only temporary, and as soon as I stop the medication, the symptoms become so unpleasant that it makes me upset every time I see them.

There is so much oil that after making a phone call with my mobile phone, it leaves a greasy residue on the phone~~~ If I don't wipe it off, it's embarrassing to use.
