Age spots... Can they get better?

I thought it was melasma... but when I went to the hospital, they said it's age spots.

I received some kind of laser treatment(?) or something like that... but the results are meaningless... ㅡ.ㅡ

Can this be resolved?

I'm disappointed because I had high expectations but the results weren't good..
