Apply skin toner, lotion, moisturizer, and sunscreen after morning cleansing.
Drink 2 liters of water.
Taking vitamins and probiotics
Carry and apply lip balm & hand cream
Reapplying sunscreen
Walking 10,000 steps to detoxify the body
Apply toner, lotion, and moisturizer after washing your face in the evening.
I am resuming practices I had neglected for a while, starting this week.
I'm trying to start writing my journal again, which I used to do regularly but had stopped for a while.
Still, since it felt like work, I think I'll do it sporadically~
