제가 느끼기에는 일단은 피부는 타고난게 제일 큰것 같아요. 타고나기를 좋은 피부는 뭘해도 좋지요. 그렇지 않는 경우는 밀가루는 당연히 영향 미쳐요. 제가 장이 안좋은때 밀가루 아예 끊어봤는데 트러블이 많이 안나더라구요.
