Is glutathione effective for fatigue recovery and skin whitening?

 

Since it's spring, with large daily temperature variations and frequent temperature changes, I often feel tired.

I am trying glutathione because it is said to have good antioxidant effects.

This is a granular type, and it's sweet and sour, quite tasty.

 

Some people take glutathione that you put in your mouth, but I haven't tried that.

Is the topical glutathione more effective?

I'm curious about how effective it is for those who take it~

 

They say that consistently taking glutathione is also effective for skin whitening.

It would be nice if there was an effect to address the dark and dull skin tone.
