Symptoms and Treatment Process of Lonely Patients with Panic Disorder
I am planning to write a story about a family who suddenly experienced panic disorder and ended up suffering from depression.
I am sharing my experience as the primary caregiver about the symptoms of panic disorder and how it is treated.

First, I will briefly explain about panic disorder.
Panic disorder first encountered through celebrities appearing on TV
This panic disorder can occur due to various personal, environmental, and biological factors. It is not a condition to be taken lightly, as it involves symptoms such as a pounding heart, heavy sweating, and a sense of impending death.
It took some time for my family member to suspect they had panic disorder.
The reason is simply because I considered it one of the symptoms of menopause.

Generally, because there were symptoms related to fever, I thought I might be experiencing more severe menopausal symptoms than others. I just hoped it would pass quickly.
There was a time when I fainted due to hyperventilation, and I quickly received an IV and medication prescription at the emergency room to stabilize the situation.
And based on the findings in the emergency room, I received psychiatric treatment and was ultimately diagnosed with panic disorder.
At first, I thought that panic disorder was ultimately something you could control with your will, but that was a completely ignorant thing to believe.
It is essential to undergo medication treatment through a hospital to prevent the illness from worsening and to avoid other mental disorders such as depression.
In the end, my wife also took antidepressant medication for a while.ㅠㅠ
I have currently stopped taking medication, but maintaining a regular sleep schedule is really important, and learning to stay calm during panic attacks by focusing on breathing has been very helpful.
