불면증 정말 힘드셨겠네요 노력 하셔서 좋아지셨다니 정말 다행이네요 생활패턴을 바꾸는게 쉽지는 않지요 고생하셨어요 ~~
Originally, I have a sensitive personality and used to suffer severely from insomnia.
Although I received hospital treatment, my symptoms improved significantly mainly due to maintaining a regular daily routine and creating a comfortable sleep environment.
Mild insomnia can be sufficiently overcome through personal willpower.
I suffered from severe insomnia throughout my 20s and 30s.
Basically, I couldn't sleep until 3 or 4 o'clock, and when I finally managed to fall asleep, I only slept for 2 or 3 hours, waking up to spend the whole day in a dazed and tired state.
Is it perhaps insomnia, barely hanging on at the edge of everyday life?
I found it difficult to overcome insomnia solely through my own will, so I also received a prescription for sleeping pills from the hospital and took them for a certain period.
However, that was only a temporary solution and did not become a permanent fix.
The most important factor in treating insomnia seems to be the individual's willpower and their corresponding lifestyle patterns.
My insomnia has significantly improved now, but I would like to share some habits that I made sure to follow or tried to do as often as possible to get here.
First, I tried to make my body as tired as possible during the daytime.
The day when exercise was the best and hardest was when I took a half-body bath before 8 p.m. to try to burn off as much energy as possible from my body.
I also changed the bedroom environment. The goose down comforter feels great and fluffy, so I replaced all the bedding with the most comfortable ones that suit me best.
Of course, I avoided caffeine as much as possible. Now I drink about one cup of coffee a day, but when I was experiencing severe insomnia, I completely stopped drinking coffee and alcohol.
I could somewhat endure alcohol, but quitting coffee was really difficult.
Insomnia is often caused by a combination of various issues rather than a single specific factor.
If there are people here also suffering from 'insomnia,' I hope you stay strong, as it can significantly improve with personal effort.
