Panic disorder is a reaction that occurs when stress becomes extremely severe, with symptoms such as sudden anxiety, increased heart rate, and difficulty breathing. I will list some methods that were helpful to me.

 

First, regular counseling and treatment were very helpful for stress-induced panic disorder. Through conversations with a psychological counselor or psychiatrist, I was able to identify the root causes of stress and find ways to address them. In some cases, medication treatment was also used concurrently.

 

Secondly, practicing breathing techniques was effective for stress-induced panic disorder. When a panic attack occurs, breathing may become rapid, but by practicing slow and deep breathing, I was able to alleviate anxiety.

 

Third, I practiced meditation and mindfulness for stress-induced panic disorder. Meditation helped me focus on the present moment and escape anxious thoughts. Mindfulness cultivated the ability to accept emotions and regulate responses accordingly.
