출퇴근 시간에도 건강을 생각하여 호흡법에 대해실제 연습하시는거 보기 좋습니다
A chorus of birds shatters the silence. It's an alarm, a warning signal that it's time to wake up. "Oh, it's morning already! Just five minutes..." The reality is that even after struggling to get up and get ready, there's barely enough time to go out. But meditating in the morning? It sounds great, but incorporating a previously unfamiliar activity into your daily routine isn't easy. That's why meditation often struggles to find its place, remaining a pie in the sky, or drifting through everyday life like oil and water.
If you're busy at home, why not try using your commute? Try using the time you spend in the car, subway, or bus differently. First, put your phone deep in your pocket and take a "good breath" throughout your commute. Good breathing is breathing without thoughts. It's slow, deep breathing. Consciously inhale and exhale each breath. Experience through your breath that you're alive, that you're okay as you are, right here, right now.
Inhalation is acceptance.
When oxygen enters the body, all the good things in the world follow.
Leisure, peace of mind, and good fortune will come your way, so embrace them deeply.
Exhalation is letting go.
Let all the bad things out in the carbon dioxide you breathe out.
Hate, worry, anxiety, hoo~ “You have arrived at your destination.”
What would happen if you gradually accumulated "mindless breathing" on your daily commute? Try it with your body starting today. Good things will happen. Absolutely! / Seong So-eun, author of "Companion Meditation"

It seems like it would be good for a walk too.
With inhalation and exhalation
I think my head will become a little clearer.
