출퇴근 시간에도 건강을 생각하여 호흡법에 대해실제 연습하시는거 보기 좋습니다
The chorus of birds breaks the silence. It is a warning sign, an alarm indicating that it's time to wake up. 'Oh, it's already morning, just five more minutes...' When you wake up and get ready with difficulty, the reality is that there's little time to spare before leaving. But you're told to meditate in the morning? It sounds good in theory, but it's not easy to incorporate a new habit into your daily routine. The reason why meditation often fails to find its place or remains just a distant dream, or drifts through daily life like water and oil, is because it hasn't become a natural part of the routine.
If you are constantly at home, how about using your commute time? Try using the time on your car, subway, or bus differently. First, put your mobile phone deep into your pocket and take a ‘good breath’ throughout your movement. A good breath is a breath that takes thoughts out of breathing. It is slow, deep breathing, a deep breath (深呼吸). Consciously inhale with each breath, and consciously exhale. Experience with your breath that you are alive right now, and that it is perfectly okay just as it is.
Inhalation is acceptance.
When oxygen enters the body, all the good things in the world come along with it.
Relaxation, reassurance, and good luck follow one after another, so embrace them deeply.
Exhalation is letting go.
Send out all the thousands and thousands of bad things carried by the carbon dioxide you exhale.
Hatred, worry, anxiety, huff~ "You have arrived at your destination."
What would happen if you steadily accumulated 'thoughtless breaths' during your daily commute? Start experimenting with your body today. Good things will happen. Definitely! / Sung So-eun, author of 'Pet Meditation'

It seems like it would be good for a walk as well.

I think my head will also become a bit clearer.
