Sharing treatment reviews at Seongmo Hospital for bipolar disorder

People usually think that bipolar disorder is depression, but bipolar disorder is a different illness. Bipolar disorder involves a person's mood lasting for several months, often accompanied by depression and mania. When medication is taken regularly, it is generally an illness that people cannot easily recognize. I also started experiencing it during my early teenage years. Bipolar disorder is more common during growth periods, and I fall into that category. It initially begins as depression, then anxiety and restlessness develop, leading to insomnia. As this happens, physically, one becomes lethargic, loses motivation, has decreased appetite, and becomes so completely exhausted that they don't even want to see a doctor. You can't really tell you have bipolar disorder until you experience it firsthand. This causes daily life to start falling apart. You lose all interest in doing anything, become lethargic, lose hobbies, and don't even want to move. The very interest in daily life disappears—that's bipolar disorder. At the same time, physical reactions appear, such as headaches, pounding heart, indigestion, and stress begins to build. These are very common symptoms of bipolar disorder. If these symptoms worsen, they can escalate into manic episodes. This is usually how it progresses. You start sleeping a little, then suddenly begin to help others who are worse off than you, and sometimes develop delusions of grandeur, feeling like a hero. Usually, patients refuse treatment when bipolar disorder begins. I was like that too. But you must not give up. If you do, everything will collapse. You need to communicate with your doctor, have regular counseling, and maintain social interactions. It’s essential to manage it alongside medication. In my case, I frequently met with doctors at St. Mary’s Hospital, maintained regular exercise, reduced binge eating, and tried to live without stress as much as possible. You need to share your daily struggles and difficulties with your doctor and recognize what you might be doing wrong. Also, set small goals and proceed step by step. At first, I wondered if this could be treated, but bipolar disorder can be treated and overcome. You must never despair or give up.

You will rediscover yourself who has been suppressing emotions all this time. Be sure to undergo counseling, therapy, and medication simultaneously to fully overcome and conquer bipolar disorder.Sharing treatment reviews at Seongmo Hospital for bipolar disorderSharing treatment reviews at Seongmo Hospital for bipolar disorderSharing treatment reviews at Seongmo Hospital for bipolar disorder
