Oh, oh, oh...
I really had a difficult childhood...
Only those who moved before marriage in their early 30s...
If you check the resident registration certificate... it's over 20 times...
Could it have been because of the mild depression? Bipolar disorder? During adolescence?
I'm glad that I think I've managed to get through it a bit now...

According to a study published in the international journal JAMA Psychiatry, individuals who experienced multiple relocations before the age of 15 are more than 40% more likely to be diagnosed with depression later in life.
Researchers from Aarhus University in Denmark, Plymouth University in the UK, and the University of Manchester in the UK analyzed all residential areas of approximately 1.1 million people born in Denmark between 1981 and 2001 who lived in Denmark during the first 15 years of their lives.
The researchers tracked the same individuals until they reached adulthood and found that at least 35,000 people living in Denmark were subsequently diagnosed with depression.
Children who moved once between the ages of 10 and 15 were 41% more likely to be diagnosed with depression than children who did not move. If a child moved more than twice between the ages of 10 and 15, the risk increased to approximately 61%. This effect is stronger than that of growing up in a poverty-stricken area.
Professor Clive Sabell, a professor of Big Data and Space Science at Plymouth University and former director of the Environmental and Health Big Data Center at Orhus University, said, "We know that there are various factors involved in diagnosing mental illnesses in people. However, this is the first evidence suggesting that moving to a new neighborhood during childhood is one of those factors, and the numbers we are seeing may only be the tip of the iceberg."
He added, "During the personality development stage, children build social networks through school, sports groups, or other activities. Since they can become confused whenever they need to adapt to new things, there is a possibility that we need to find new ways to help people overcome these difficulties."
According to existing studies conducted worldwide, children who are frequently active from birth to their mid-teens are more likely to experience negative outcomes such as suicide attempts, violent crimes, mental illnesses, and substance abuse.
